Statement of my Provider
I would be happy to give you an overview of our possibilities. I generally only work directly. That means with a lawyer, mandatory or buyer.
We have three major buyers. The first buyer is a US company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. A shareholder company. Their gold buying department is in London. The second buyer is one of the largest banks in the world. They naturally buy through a company they own. The third buyer is directly a government I am connected to all three through lawyers who are the official representatives of these buyers. The preferred procedure is brinks to brinks.
The US company always wants to see the gold in person after an FCO and LOI before a SPA is signed. The other two want to see an FCO with CIS and SKR. These documents can be sent directly to the respective lawyers. Given the quantities involved, it is understandable that we are talking about oversized quantities here.
For smaller quantities of gold, we have agreements with gold refineries in Germany. We have our own import licence. This would be possible at any time for small quantities. The condition here is that the goods are delivered CIF Frankfurt am Main and or brought personally in hand luggage.
